At M&S General Contractors & Remodeling, we started as a small, family-owned business in California. What began with maintenance work at apartment complexes has grown into a wide range of construction and renovation projects across Oregon and beyond. We’ve proudly served the Willamette Valley for over a decade, and we bring over 15 years of experience to every job.

Our first project in Oregon was restoring a century-old barn in Tualatin—a milestone that helped us establish our roots here. Since then, we’ve taken on projects with universities like Western Oregon University, built commercial buildings in Portland, and constructed residential homes and multifamily apartment complexes throughout the state.
